HAIRBANDS & KNOTBANDS
All hairbands and knotbands come with a 30-day return policy, as long as they're unused and in the original condition. If they're worn, we're sorry to say that we won't be able to accept the refund.
If you would like to exchange your unused hairband/knotband for another product of the same type, send us an email to email@example.com.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to our third-party-based print-on-demand process for fulfilling apparel orders, we don't offer refunds on apparel and are unable to cancel or alter orders after they've been placed.
Because of this, please make sure everything is correct before placing any order.
If your shirt doesn't fit, you may exchange your item for store credit within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and unwashed. Please email us at email@example.com and include your order number before any exchanges or returns. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or address provided in your initial shipment.)
The Buyer is responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning/exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
That said, we want you to love your apparel, so just let us know if there's a problem and we'll work hard to help you fix it.
Gift cards and store credit are non-returnable or transferrable.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
