A style I want is sold out – how can I be notified when it gets restocked?

We periodically restock designs... On each product page, there is a button you can click on called "Notify Me When Available" next to the SOLD OUT button. Simply enter your email address here, and once that product is restocked, you'll get an email notification to let you know.

Can I use a coupon/promo code after my order has been placed?

Promo codes cannot be applied after an order is submitted. Please use any promo during your checkout.

Shipping & Returns

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail Express depending upon choice. After your order ships, you can track the status of your order by visiting our tracking page: http://mainstreettraveler.aftership.com/ 

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping is a standard flat fee of $5.00, and International shipping starts at around $10 (pending on the location). Domestic orders over $40 ship free.

(Once your order ships, you’ll need to contact the courier with any questions regarding the shipment. We DO email you when your order is out for delivery and again when it’s been delivered, though.)

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, so please ensure all information is correct before placing your order.

What is your return policy?

HAIRBANDS, KNOTBANDS, & PET BANDANAS – All hairbands, knotbands, and pet bandanas come with a 30-day return policy, as long as they're unused & unworn, and in the original condition. If they're worn or damaged in any way, we're sorry to say that we won't be able to accept the refund.

If you would like to exchange your unused hairband for another hairband, send us an email to support@mainstreettraveler.com.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

APPAREL – Due to our third-party-based print-on-demand process for fulfilling apparel orders, we don't offer refunds on apparel and are unable to cancel or alter orders after they've been placed.

Because of this, please make sure everything is correct before placing any order.

If your shirt doesn't fit, you may exchange your item for store credit within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and unwashed. Please email us at support@mainstreettraveler.com and include your order number before any exchanges or returns. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or address provided in your initial shipment.)

The Buyer is responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning/exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

That said, we want you to love your apparel, so just let us know if there's a problem and we'll work hard to help you fix it.

Gift cards and store credit are non-returnable or transferrable.
